23. Davoser OL (2016-10-29)

Final of the regional cup (5 races, of wich 4 counted for the ranking). On each competition and course you could gain 100 points (or less by the formula: "winning time"/ "your time") wich than counted for the same overall raking. Made it to the 2nd place overall and got a quite nice price :)
The race itself was nice too. New map, or better, never before used map, the blue sky and sun made it very pleasant. Uneaven ground on many places made it quite tricky to run really fast. Made two bigger mistakes (on control 18 and 15) and some smaller stufff because you could get stuck on some fallen trees or really wet and deep ground. Control 18 was placed wrong in my eyes. Even went to check the area out after the race. There were some freshly cut trees and some more trees on the open area compared to the map. Would still place the control where I expected it during the race. My head and body still feel very bad. Luckily the season has ended now. Time to recover.
